St. Louis does it once again...they go from the Redbirds to the Deadbirds. How many times have they let me down like this? Too many to count. When I placed my bet earlier, I knew I should have bet on Houston to win the NLCS, but out of loyalty (and hope) I put my money on St. Louis. Not tonight. If they do happen to win and I lose this money, that's cool! But I'm not gonna bet on 'em.

I'm sure glad you had faith in them because I didn't...they've let me down too many times. I feel better about the next two games, being back in St. Louis. I hope they can do it...my oldest son has connections to World Series tickets and plans on being there for a game if they do. Didn't mention getting a ticket for Mama. lol

A couple of years ago when it was the Angels and the Giants in the series, my best friend's husband had ticket connections, but he forgot to think about me. He gave them to his boss instead. :smt089 During the series, he was unwelcome at the weekly MNF parties. His wife could watch baseball in the house...he was relegated to listening to the game on the radio on the patio. LOL!

That's funny! lol Honestly, if St. Louis and Chicago play, I don't want to be anywhere near St. Louis. It would take me longer to get out of the park than it would to get home. I'd much rather watch it from my family room.

awesome night of sports... Oh albert smacked a long ball way out of there... did anyone hear the call on the st louis radio station.. it was a classic.. I love listening to am 1400 fox sports radio..

Indy had me scared but I knew for them to cover the spread they would go over the over / under spread..

by the way usm plays on friday night this week and i think they are a 2 point dog....
