There is definitely something weird here. I just looked at all the bets and who made them, and it only adds up to $14,615 (for the under), yet vbookie still says $43,615. Either vbookie can't add, or there's some hidden money there that doesn't show up on the stats.

Did he really, noway? If so, this would be extremely unethical, especially since he threw such a B-fit about the bets on "When will it rain?" with a $1000 Max bet. Not only getting the panties in a wad but canceling the book on this event. I hope you're joking because this would constitute the epitome of hipocracy, but I do see that the "under" betting appears to be inordantly high. Fess up Aaron!

Well..it really wasn't that easy of a bet. Just because it was dry in September and October after Katrina, but no means meant that it would continue to be dry in November. There's still over two weeks left in the month...so I won't be counting on my $5K win until after the 30th.

Good drizzle all night at Hawk roost. Three or four more days of this would suit me fine. As for accumulated, it prolly wasn't more than an inch but coming so slowly, helped.

While I know we need the rain, I so was not pleased when I saw it. I did figure out where the leak in my car is, though...when out with the flashlight and watched. Definitely the rear window (can feel the gap in the seal...both inside and out). *sigh*

Until you have time to take it in for legit repair, dry the area good and apply an ample glob of marine Goop silicone. Find it at Wally world and any auto parts. You are going to have an unhealthy moldy mess if you don't act, not to mention rust.

I know. The car really is one of the few things I'm anal about. I figure if I take of it, it's going to take care of me. Which reminds me, I have to see if my friend's boy will bring his tools to do a little other maint. over Thanksgiving.
