I wouldn't have stolen it either. I would have called my elected officials, as well as every media outlet known to man, and gotten a price gouging investigation started. Plus, all the attention probably would have gotten me the extra $1,000.

And if it's Europe, we don't have anything to talk about (in this context at least), do we? What with socialized medicine and all?

I'm still thinking I'd get that extra $1,000 with the attention. If a stupid girl in NY can put up a webpage begging for people to help her pay off her credit card debt (and have people contribute), then surely I could get $1,000 for life-saving drugs for my beloved.
