event problems

It seems I have totally screwed up a couple of events I was trying to post - the Hattiesburg Christmas Parade on Dec. 3 and Forrest County Junior Miss orientation on Nov. 12.

I thought these would show up on the Events Forum, but they didn't. When I clicked the "submit event to (whatever)" I got some message that I can't remember. Also when I tried to delete one of the events it said I didn't have permission to do so.

it is just moderating the threads, meaning they are saved, but not posted until I approve them. I don't know why it's doing this, but the posts are there.
