Aaron,

Does this forum software have the option to place page navigation at both the top and bottom of the viewed page?

For example a navigation string such as ...
My Hattiesburg Community > News > Hattiesburg
... is at the top of each viewed page.

If the same string was also at the bottom of the page, navigation would be much easier. If you're several pages into a long thread, it takes several 'back' clicks or scrolling to the top of the page to get back to the list of threads.

Some forum software has this capability. If available, might be an interesting implementation. :scratchch

What about using "Forum Jump" at the bottom right?

Certainly do-able, particularly if you want to do a major forum jump. But if I wanted to go to the next thread in the same forum, it would really be simple to have the same navigation string as we see at the top of the page rather than scan a list. Some forum software programs have this as a configuration option and some do not.

This one has what you see. I think there are plugins for Firefox for this and I think your mouse software might help out with this though if you have extra buttons.

Thanks, Aaron ... just curious. Some Forum software has the same navigation string at the top an bottom of each page. With Firefox, the Home key goes to the top of the current page and that gets me to the navigation string.

Actually, I have a 5-button vertical mouse (good for the wrist) and could probably program a button for Home ... but I've got 'em doing other stuff. I appreciate the feedback.
