Walk the Line

I was able to see Walk the Line tonight, and I would definitely recommend you go see it. If not for anything else, you need to go for the music. Joaquin Phoenix does a superb job as Cash, and at times you forget that it's an actor. Reese Witherspoon gave a stellar performance as usual. All of her vocals were beautiful!

Some of you are anal about "half stars," so I have given you a half star option. You can select more than one box, so, for example, if you want to give it 4.5 stars, select the 4 stars box, and the half star box. :)

Im not a music person or know much about Johnny Cash, so I figured after the talk on the site I need to go and watch it. The movie was great... You're sitting and watching the movie and you start crying, then you sing, then you drool (witherspoon), and like someone else said this movie cant end. IMO it had alot of a leaving las vegas & coal miners daughter movie feel to it.. Well I say get out to see it you will not be disappointed..

Christmas Vacation 2...hmmm, I think I should re-view that one before I weigh in...I'm officially stoked about King Kong now..Dateline had a great piece on the movie..one quick Walk The Line question..

we arrived late, but I heard through other circles that there was a short preview (or mock preview) for the Tenacious D movie..did we see that in HB?

When I saw the previews in MO, the previews were for Casanova, Match Point, and The Family Stone.
