After reading this story or open letter to comcast, I had some thoughts on why did the HA get all over comcast like that? Im glad they did. Maybe this will wake them up, Or is it really comcasts fault?

I remember at channel 7 they preempted ice skating on a friday to night to show a movie sponsored by the siding company(it escapes my name right now)...for a while they were doing that a lot..showing these old movies in prime time and not showing NBC's programming. We use to get a lot of calls.. we also thought it was dumb but they sold them so many movies and I guess only had so many slots on the weekends they could use..

It was very aggravating to take these calls from irate people on a friday night because you can tell them to call back monday but then they have all weekend to chill and probably forgot about it by monday, never calling and b*thcing to those that made the decisions.
