This is a tough one...one side of me says (almost) always pick a Big 12 team over a Conference USA team, but reading over some of cbssportlines analysis, I have some second thoughts. Houston has a very strong passing attack (I think QB Kolb has even broken Andre Ware's school records), while Kansas has a mediocre pass defense, though strong on the ground. Kansas by and large has not lit up the scoreboard either. I'll ponder this one a little more over the afternoon.

On espn.com its overwhelming to me that Houston will win.. The line has moved to show alot of money coming in on Houston. Kansas only quality win was against Nebraska. The first 3 wins of the season were against Div II schools IMO.. I think this game is a chance to catch the vbookie.. Go Cougars...

I cant find it now but on espn.com you can pick the winner of the bowl game and it will show you the poll results.. Houston was like 80 % out of 36k votes.. I wil say it Houston will win.... *lock*

Kansas' offense sucks, their defense rocks. Kansas got to where they are this year by defense.

Houston has a good passing and run offense. Defense mediocre. If Houston fumbles a lot, as they're apt to do, they'll lose. If they can hold on to the ball and not make mistakes, they'll win.

For Kansas to win, their defense will have to score points and create turnovers.

I'm not betting much on this, but I think Houston will play good ball with the home-team crowd.

Hawkeye is acting nervous kinda scared.. Like he is :smt102 which way to go.. Look im only right about 75 % of the time and I really feel this one.. .5 star play...

Correct if we do load up on one it seems we loose. Last Night was a good night... A few extra points and we all would have won...

Those Houston uniforms are incredibly unflattering. They need some contrast in there somewhere. Perhaps a white stripe up the legs. Or a nice white pant instead.They look like blobs of ketchup out there. *shudder*
