I think rather than post a "top ten listing" of must watch bills, I will post them individually as I find ones that would make for interesting discussions. (Besides, I can earn more Hubbucks doing it this way) HB 100 is an obvious response to the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling on eminent domain this past year...check it out and discuss.
I would guess that this is one that will pass (in some form or another)
