Here is one that I definitely think is worthy of debate at this particular time in the life of our state:

"Toll roads; authorize Transportation Commission to contract with private entities to construct."
Most bordering states have toll roads. Privatization of public transportation is an interesting concept. Could this be the answer to replacement of coastal bridges destroyed during Katrina? :smt102
