I'm selling my convertible 1966 Mustang...it doesn't run, needs some work but is in pretty good shape. I'm not sure what to ask for it. It's heartbreaking to sell it but since Katrina it's housing was ruined so now it's just sitting out in the elements. Would rather sell than just watch it slowly detriotate(sp).

Anybody know how I can find out what they go for around here? Kelly blue book only goes back 20 years.

You can use this link, if it works, to choose the options. NADA guide is a little high, IMO. If it's not running, but is sound, I couldn't see you getting more than 4-5000. I wouldn't pay more than $2500 for it if it were just a body... Is the engine repairable? Perhaps if it's only a little to get the engine running, you could try selling it for closer to what NADA lists...
