Can't Copy and Paste

ok, i know there is probably a simple solution, but ... i am trying to cut and paste some text to put in a message -- i get the screen letting me "copy" the text but when i tried to put it in my message, i don't get "paste" as an option. how do i get the text from somewhere else into my message (not as a link though):smt102 :smt119

Click in the message area (where you type) and then press ctl-v. This will paste copied text.

The keyboard shortcuts for cut, copy, and paste are, in order, ctl-x, ctl-c, ctl-v. Mnemonic is x for cut, c for copy, and v for verbose. :smt024
