The key to fighting the No. 1 killer of women in America is stopping heart disease before it starts. By wearing red on Friday, February 3 - National Wear Red Day - you can send an important message: love your heart! :smt049

QM...my Sner has also had a "silent" heart attack. Her cardiologist says that he thinks it happened sometime shortly after her horrific accident a couple of years ago. She's never felt bad, and she didn't have to have surgery. She is, though, I believe, on medication. All the more reason for me to drag my carcass out of bed in the morning and take it to the gym.

QueenMother I'm so sorry to hear of your heart problems. I'm sure it was a life-changing experience for you! Thank God your asthma caused you to go to the doctor, or else we wouldn't be enjoying all of your wonderful postings and insight today! I'll definitely be wearing red tomorrow.... other than my hair of course! :-D
