Arcade?

I've noticed the interest in the arcade has diminished quite quickly....I still get kicks out of a game or two before bed, and am still frustrated that I can't score much more than 100 on that stupid Shoot the Frog game. But, no one can touch my Space Invaders performance!

Overall, this has to be quickest dying phenomenon since the show Studs.

Ive gotten ticked off about not being able to score high.. Your Space Invaders score & wilebill's asteroids is crazy.. There must be a trick to it... I still play jewel thief but cant seem to get over 13 thousand.. IT sucks...

I think it depends entirely on the computer you have...my wife's old laptop, which was pretty slow, was prefect for snake. Our new home desk top (still dialup) was played last night to bust my high score on space invaders. Jewel thief i have still haven't mastered...I've topped out at about 16K...and that frog game, I just don't get at all...maybe I'm getting too old and my coordination isn't what it needs to be...lol.

It was this Jerry Springerish version of the Dating Game that aired in the fall of 1991, when i started college. It was a huge phenomenon at first, and once the shock value wore off, the audience dissipated and the show was cancelled.
