I wonder if Rigel still has any of his leisure suits.

Sadly, that's some of the best reporting I've seen on there in years....

    Re: Wdam - 1978

All of these people except Jim Gibbon were before my time. The 1970s set wardrobes were terrible. What was up with Regal's army-like jacket? Jim's red sports coat was pretty out there too. I was really surprised to learn he was only in his 70s when he passed away last year. Frankly, I felt he held his age far worse that the Pine Belt's octogenarian judge. Obviously, he was only in his 40s in 1978, but he looked at least ten years older then.

Jubal's outburst was hilarious -- and frankly the 1996 set looked about as good as today's (and better than the early 2000s set). He certainly has a lot more personality than Ortego or Taylor!

The 90's set was incredibly versatile. It is still my favorite of all the sets they have used.

    I loved some Jubal!

I'd pay good money for the tape of Kim on her first night at the station in 1995. She read straight from the prompter and said:

"Good Evening, I'm JEANNE BURNS... uh, I mean, I'm Kim Evans."

    Classic moment in tv news.

Moved to Arkansas... and later she married Jubal. Dr. Register from H'burg did their wedding.

Are you serious? I thought she was going to kill Jubal in that clip.
