    Rest in Peace Qchair..

I received word last night that Qchair aka David passed away last night after a very long battle with medical problems. May he now Rest in Peace. My prayers going out to Karen and the rest of his family.

Aww, I'm a little saddened by the news. May he rest in peace.

If anyone hears from Tranquil AKA Mrs. Q Please see if there is anything we can do. I know they moved him out of state, so I'm sure her expenses are expensive and I would be willing to help and maybe some others would be too.

They have been divorced for some time, not sure where she is now. I am sure she has felt the loss pretty hard.

    Re: Rest in Peace Qchair..

sooo very sorry to read about this on Butch's FB page. I hadn't been long to finish my morning prayers when I read his post.
Q was a kind man & never seemed to be bitter about his situation.
Thinking of his family and sending prayers that they may find peace. May the Good Lord bless and keep them safe and out of harms way.

This is terrible news. I'm so sorry to hear it. I just met him a few weeks ago right before he was transferred back to NC.

    Re: Rest in Peace Qchair..

Thank-you everyone for the prayers & thoughts. The strength he showed the last few days was more than I could imagine. And yes we had remained friends after our divorce. The ICU nurses were thought it was great how he would give me a hard time & stick his tongue out at me even when on the vent. His body gave out but his spirit never did. The medical examiner is going to try and get the man who shot him charged with murder though since there is no statue of limitations...I hope that would please him. At least keep that man in jail the rest of his life

I would not have had the pleasure of knowing David if it had not been for MH, he will be missed...

Dang, I hate to hear that. I'd met him once and talked with him on the phone a few times and I really liked him. My heart goes out to his family.
I am happier with my brain. Definitely.

    Re: Rest in Peace Qchair..

Sorry, I feel like I am never going to catch up with things. He loved you coming to visit with him a_cmc_2b. He had talked about getting to meet some of you guys on his travels, he was very much looking forward to getting out to meet Butch I know. But thank you for the condolences. Since I just got off the phone with more of his family with more issues regarding his estate....Please even if you are young let your family know your wishes medical wise and have a will. It is so hard grieving for someone when dealing with all this mess. We just never know.

Evidently when we pass we are allowed to still give loved ones a hard time, because as I'm trying to respectfully spread his ashes in the Atlantic ocean...which I always refused to get in when we would vacation there....our grandson decided it was a good time to hop in fully dressed . Thankfully not exactlly where I was...So our solemn moment ended up with me, a 7 year old and two year old out in the Atlantic. Me covered in mud because the two year old just thought that was funny. For those who knew David you will get that getting me to do something I would never do and turning something serious into something goofy fit him better than any memorial could. Thank you all again especially those who were his friends.
