Dang, I woulda figured that Hawaii would have been around NO 1 with all the tourist credit card usage going on. Guess it is how you determine the location of the fraud, is the state it occured in or the state where the victims have their bank accounts and credit cards in?
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

Here are 7 signs you have spent way too much time in Mississippi:::

1- When someone mentions a hurricane one of the first thoughts is "Party".

2- You know the difference between "Dinner" and " Supper" and assume its pretty much common knowledge.

3- You leave your doors unlocked because the area in which you live is so rural there is no one around for miles and miles.

4- From Honeysuckles to Berries, you'll eat thing growing from bushes without a second thought.

5- An Animal walking out into the road doesn't faze you. after all you've seen pretty much everything.

6- Dinners on the ground is a normal concept to you.

7- From Waving to Smiling to holding doors open and offering help to anyone in need.
You just can't help but be Hospitable to everyone you meet.
