"Yea, um, I bought a radio from there and I got a lifetime warranty. I'm ova here in Atlanta and they done stole my radio. How I go about gettin anotha radio?"

--You have to buy another radio....

"What about the lifetime warranty?"

--Warranties don't cover theft, sir, that will be under insurance.

"But I got tha insurance, you need my name so you can look it up?"

--We don't sell insurance, it will be your auto insurance.

"Well what tha lifetime warranty is?"

--You have a warranty on your radio for parts and labor, and a warranty from us on the install of the radio. There is no warranty for th--"
